COOKIES

On some parts of the PLIA website PLIA uses so-called "cookie" technology. PLIA may use Site User information to send the Site User information on new services or products that may be of interest to the Site User and from time to time will mail, e-mail or SMS information to the Site User about PLIA or Pack Leaders products and services. The Site User will have the option to indicate that he/she does not want to receive such specific product communications in future, at time of receipt of the communication. The Site User will, however, continue to receive other product information until the option to not receive future communications has again been selected for such specific product or service.

Remember, regular non-encrypted e-mail is not secure. For this reason PLIA will not include confidential account information in an e-mail response.

PLIA will further never request the Site User, via the use of e-mail, to provide PLIA with personal information, such as your account number, PIN or password.

Regarding e-mail and Form contents: PLIA will not read or disclose to third parties private e-mai or form communications that are transmitted using PLIA’s services, except as required to operate the service or as otherwise authorised by law or where a the site user has requested Pack Leader to respond to an e.mail or online FORM registration request.
